This non-handed die-cast black flush mount patio door handle is a common and popular design that fits doors using the mid-body hook style with the latch hook pointing downward. The mounting holes are 6-5/8 in on center. The inside and outside handles are 7/8 in wide and 7-1/4 in tall.
